💸 Refund Policy

Applies to: Free, Pro, and Enterprise Plans
1. Trial Period
CodeFlux offers a 7-day free trial with full Pro functionality. Customers are encouraged to test compatibility and performance before upgrading to a paid plan.
2.. Pro Plan Refunds (£79/device/month)

• Eligible for refund within 14 days of activation if system results differ substantially from advertised performance or key functionality fails.

• Must provide logs or diagnostics verifying the issue.

• Refund excludes any previously issued promotional credits or discounts.

3. Enterprise Plan Refunds (Custom Pricing)

• Refunds are not automatic and are subject to contractual terms.

• If deployment fails due to CodeFlux error or unresolvable incompatibility, partial refund or service credit may be issued after investigation.

• Enterprise clients must notify Support@code-flux.ai within 30 days of deployment.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not issued for:

• Misuse, unauthorized modification, or redistribution of CodeFlux.

• System incompatibility caused by third-party software.

• Account termination due to policy violation.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
